  I have had many experiences with this McDonald's. It was my favorite. But since Phil Stocker took over and rearranged all of the worst employees from the worst of his locations here it has gone completely downhill. Britney, one of the managers this evening has been particularly the worst employee to help me from either McDonald's. I understand that it's two days before Christmas but there was one car in the thru. Me. I should not have waited five minutes to get two teas and one pie before finding out that she didn't even get my full order. The entire time she wasore concerned with her social time than actually serving anyone. I realize that I'm only one person and I know that I don't matter in the grand scheme but seriously? I know you guys can do much better employees wise.

  The last 5 times we have been here they have gotten our order wrong each time. We have stopped coming to this McDonald's because of the horrible service.

  Floor was kinda dirty first thing in the morning. Do they clean it at all or just that many people messing it up ?
