  They are always forgetting to put items that you order in the bag when going through the drive through. Really a pain to deal with and won't return your calls.

  We started off the the drive-thru.. We told the lady we had a coupon for a 2 for 5 item she said they didn't have that anymore it was a roast beef and cheddar. So we decided to go inside and not hold up the drive thru. I had to wait for my order to be taken because there was no one on front line. The store manager walked up and started to take my order. I then showed her the coupon and she yelled over to the people and told them she has a coupon. She proceed to complet my order telling me my total I was not finished ordering. I then told her I had another coupon for a 2 fir $6 Italian sandwiches. When she tossed the bag on the counter and walked away. I looked in the bag and there was 2 french dips. She turned around and looked at me I told that was not what I ordered she proceed to show me the coupon then she saw she had put in the wrong item.. she then walked back and made my order.. then tossed the bag on the counter then just walked away. Awful experience expecially from the store manager.
