  I was just in there tonight with my husband to order a meal & have a relaxing night just the two of us for a change. When I went to pay for my food, my card declined. I was surprised & confused, I knew I had the $20 what the heck? After 20 minutes on the phone with my card company, I found out someone had reported my card stolen which automatically rendered my current card useless & I had to "just wait until the new card arrived" although I didn't need a new one & my card was definitely not stolen. It was agonizing & highly embarrassing to ask them to cancel our order (I didn't have any alternative form of money bc honestly who plans for something like this to happen) to be told by the manager that he had taken care of it! He graciously paid for our meal! There are still amazingly decent people out there & always in the unlikely places! We couldn't thank him enough & since I have no way of paying him back right now, I'm showing my appreciation on here..thank you Arby's!

  This store honestly doesnt try anymore. I ordered two meals one with the mint chocolate swirl shake. The shake i got was just mint nothing else. When i asked a crew member about it she said you have to buy the shake by itself to get the whip cream, chocolate swirl and the andes pieces that it advertises. And no where does it say that you will get a plain mint shake instead of what i thought i was paying for. It also would have been nice if the girl taking my order mentioned that. All the crew was snippy and the lobby was a mess with about a dozen crew working behind the counter. I have worked in food service for 7 years. This is poor customer service and poor advertising.
